RETURNSIn the unlikely event of an item being damaged or faulty in any way
we will issue a full refund (including your return costs) on receipt of the item.
If we find that the item has been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on return
postage costs.
If you wish to return an item simply because you've changed your mind, a refund of purchase price only
will be made minus a 33% restocking fee on receipt of the item. It must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt.
The
item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
