• All the goods we buy and offer for sale  are from reputable distributors and manufacturers.
• We never buy or offer for sale faulty, returned, reject, or cheap immitation items, so you as a buyer can be assured that the items offered are of the very best quality.
• All our listings are guaranteed accurate and if we have made a genuine mistake in our description we will gladly refund the purchase price  in line with our returns policy .
• If you have any questions about our items we are always happy to answer them, and will do so as quickly as possible.
• When you buy from us you are assured of top quality goods, quick delivery, fair P&P charges and of course fantastic prices.

• UK Posting. All items are sent by 1st class post (usually) posted same day, or next working day,more expensive items will be by recorded delivery
• International posting, All items sent by either Airmail letter rate or small packet service, whichever proves most economical for you the customer. more expensive items will be by signed for delivery
• P&P Discounts. .If purchasing diffferent items at the same time we will combine the postage where possible. Again make the full payment including the stated P&P we will pack your order, weigh it and refund any appeciable difference, alternatively you can request an invoice but this usually leads to delays in shipping as we have to respond and then await your payment acknowledgement being received.

UK Buyers We will accept PAYPAL, Personal cheques, and Postal Orders

Postal Orders/Cheques should be made payable to Greg Gorst, and goods will be despatched once the funds have been cleared which is approx ten days for cheques.

REFUSAL TO TRADE

• We reserve the right to remove any bidders who have negative feedback for non payment
• Orders placed and paid for via Paypal from persons with any history of chargeback will be cancelled and the payment refunded less an amount equal to 10% of the value to cover listing fees and Final value fees charged to us by Ebay.

NONE DELIVERY

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEM BEING LOST OR DELAYED

 We always email to confirm dispatch of goods and we do retain proof of postage, Usually there is no problem with delivery but Royal Mail have been known to lose or damage items entrusted to them. Should your order not arrive please notify us and we will email you a copy of the Proof of postage to confirm we have posted the item , If you have still not received your item after the prescibed period of time as laid out below by Royal mail we will commence a claim on our behalf, Once the claim has been settled by Royal Mail we will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

In all cases we have to abide by the rules laid down by Royal Mail which states -

Extract from Royal Mail web site... "Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems"
